Introducing Multi-Step Forms
You can now break a long form into shorter, single-screen steps in Unbounce's classic builder, with no code or third-party tools.
Long forms ask for everything at once, which is where visitors drop off. Multi-step forms open with an easy question and guide people through each step, with a progress bar that keeps them moving. The result is higher completion and better-qualified leads, because you can ask the questions you need without overwhelming people up front.
A few ways to put them to work:
- Lead qualification: start with a simple question, then collect budget, timeline, or company details on later steps.
- Demo or quote requests: split a long intake form so prospects commit early and finish more often.
- Event or webinar registration: ease people in, then capture the details you need to follow up.
Every step is validated as visitors move through the form, and all answers compile into a single lead when they submit.
